Hello - pardon my ignorance,
My friend build me a pc with the following:

AMD Ryzen 5 2400g
Asus Mobo ROG Strix B450-F

My question is I am looking for the best monitor I can buy under $300 in 32 inches. Is there a way to determine the max resolution this GPU and mobo can output from the display port? I'm wondering what resolution and Hz to look for in a monitor to take advantage of what I have without over doing it.

Here's two I was looking at:
Philips Momentum 326M6FJSB
AOC Q3279VWFD8

Any at all advice or education is very appreciated.

Thank you,
Michael

If you are running on onboard GPU that means Radeon Vega 11 the resolution for both monitors you are looking is perfect, both monitors are at 75hz and the max rezolution is fine. But if you want for gaming you will need to lower the resolution in games to achieve ok fps.

Thank you for the replies. I am looking to keep this build for many years.

For everyday computing with minimum games, is 75hz drastic over 60hz? In 32inches is 2k fine?

FreeSync seems like a good idea because the GPU offers it so why not.

Anything else I should be looking for in a monitor? I would go slight over $300 if there was something I should be getting
