Monitor help please

Can I get some opinions from some experts or owners. I'm looking at getting either a 22inch widescreen monitor with a resolution of 1680 X 1050 or a 20inch with a resolution of 1600 X 1200. It will be used primarily for games in a Core 2 E6600 8800GTX system. Pro's and con's please, is one clearly better or is bigger always better........yeah that's what she said.

Suggest you focus on the 22":

1. It will have a TN panel... faster response time for games. UXGA are "enterprise" class, with some form of VA or IPS panel, which will be slower. One exception... Samsung 204B, has TN panel.

2. Less expensive, in most cases.
