Monitor help with duel

So I just hooked up a new monitor to my graphics card and its all working well I am loving it so far. When I am gaming I use one for gaming and one for web browsing/email.
When I am gaming if I use my second monitor by pausing the game and slide across it then tabs out of the game. This is very frustrating as some games crash when tabbing out.

You have to run those games in a windowed mode.
