Monitor HP screen

I have windows 7 Hp and having the exact same issue for Display Port trouble shoot many different ways . Different cord sketched monitors still no connection. Screen just says input signal not found, it’s driving me crazy . What more can I do to fix it

When you boot the pc up, do you hear the windows startup sound?
