monitor is going black after turning off and on again

i have envition p2473wl monitor and when i turn on the computer it may sometimes turn on but when i turn off the monitor and on again it wont light up, or if computer will go to sleep and i come back to the computer and move my mouse the monitor wont turn on,i already gave the monitor to be fixed but they returned it the same,could you help me to figure out what is the problem?

it sounds like your gpu causing the mess try updating drivers after a clean uninstall of your Gpu drivers or contact service provider...
