Looking for some help diagnosing the issue with my current main monitor, it is a 1440/144hz so would ideally like to try and fix it.

Images show the vision of the monitor, occasionally it will flicker bits of the screen around a bit. Its worth noting that basically everything is being duplicated, so there is double mouse pointers, double taskbar, double everything on the screen (obviously 1 which should be there, and the other caused by the faulty monitor).
Things I have tried :
Different cables and connector types
Resetting the Monitor
Connecting to different System
Checking for Software Issues (This still happens in BIOS, which I think would mean its not a software fault)
Other monitors work fine using the same cables and inputs. Looking for any info anyone might have
