Monitor is Showing Stripes and messy Display

Hi ,
3 Weeks ago I updated My Graphics card from Intel to ATi HD 2350 . and sometimes the monitor showsStripes when i run VLC media players or just it self . and today i was watching a film in VLC and Stripes appear messy screen then screen goes green . i restarted my PC , the same thing , Stripes again . i tested the monitor in another PC , Stripes still showing .

can any one help ?

What type monitor have you got?

Remove your graphic card ATI HD 2350 and go back to Intel. Check if the problem persist?If every thing is ok,you should reinstall the drivers for ATI!

So the stripes are still showing when you use the monitor on another machine, yes? If so, your monitor is the cause of the issue and not your graphics card. Your monitor may be on the way out. Most monitors have a default setting, try setting that and see if any changes. If not, monitor is failing.

The Monitor is Fujitsu Computer Siemens . It works now no more Stripes . and it will happen again if i run VLC and i have to let it Off about two days --" .
yes Stripes are Still showing when i tested it in another PC and different ports ( Digital / Analog ) .
and i can't adjust its setting because of the messy display
