[SOLVED] monitor is turning off

Please help. Sometimes when I open a picture, my monitor just shuts down like it is loosing connection and when it goes back the picture closes on it's own. same thing with sketch up, monitor goes black and when the monitor is up, the program is closed. The only thing i notice is when i render at 800 x 600 i dont encounter such issue. Below is my hardware set up.

i5 3750
asrock h61m vs
8gb ram 2x4 ddr3
pny gtx 1650 dual fan
256ssd wd sata green
1tb wd hdd blue
corsair vs450 white

Could be a GPU driver or voltage issue.

nope, only photos and when rendering high resolution, what do you mean with gpu driver and voltage issue? is my gpu broken?

No, I mean there might be a glitch when the GPU is under heavy load (caused by a piece of software).

The 450W PSU is ok for your GPU, so I suspect a slight issue within the image rendering app.
