Monitor isn't cutting on

Greetings I'm still trying to get this take a part and rebuild computer thing down pat. I installed an evo 213 fan and I'm trying to cut my pc back on but the monitor isn't cutting on. It's registering power and work but it isn't displaying anything. Anyone know how I can check what my issue is? I'm attaching a picture of my attachments to the motherboard to ensure I rehooked it up correctly. Thanks. http://imgur.com/z8I2wHe

your picture shows front panel plugs. not related to monitor. you have the monitor pluged into the wrong port on the back of the computer and or wrong setting for default video output in the BIOS.
