[SOLVED] Monitor Issue, red dots??

Im having issues with my monitor, im having a small cluter of red dots appearing. and no, its not related to the gpu.

looks like a block of bad pixles. if the unit under warranty to a rma if not there may be a online tool to see if you can unstick those block of pixles.
