Question Monitor issue

so a while ago i started noticing transparent lines appearing in my monitor, like these old tvs have on them and they increasingly started to take over the monitor from the bottom to top. i didnt really care because they only bothered when i noticed them but now this happpened

as you can see some pixels are off in up and down axis and you can see some of the top of the screen at the bottom

Try and replace the cable that's tethered to your discrete/integrated GPU. If that doesn't change your predicament, try and use DDU, remove all GPU drivers from your system and then manually reinstall with the latest drivers off your GPU maker's support site.

In fact you didn't include the specs to your platform. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.
