I have been having an issue lately with my monitor. It's a 1 year old Yamakasi precision 2703 LED IPS monitor, 27". It has odd pixels appearing about 10 minutes after start up. I had the issue remedied for a while by unplugging the monitor when I go to sleep instead of the usual, watch something via my computer while I go to bed and let the computer AND monitor go into sleep mode and then shut it off upon waking up. It helped to the point where I wouldnt get the issue until maybe 6+ hours of constant use. I was told it could be my graphics card, my monitor, or my power supply. I'm wondering if anyone could help me decipher which exactly it is. Also, I am running a dual monitor setup in which my second monitor is not having ANY of these issues. I have a video of its occurrence.

Solution
Swap the monitor end only of the cables feeding the two monitors. If the bad pixels move to monitor 2 then its GPU. If they stay on monitor 1 then its monitor issue.

Alright thank you very much. Apparently it is a monitor issue which really sucks seeing as it cost me a pretty penny and is only a year old. I appreciate your time
