Question Monitor issues

Hey guys I've bought this monitor a while ago its an ASUS TUF Gaming VG279Q1A 27" (165hz) Gaming Monitor.

I had issues of having a black horizontal line on the bottom of my monitor. When I change my refresh rate to 144 or 165hz the black line appears. But when I stay on 120hz its fine. I don't know if this is just the monitor or its my pc.

No it just appears when I change refresh rates
