I've got an old monitor and I've updated it to Windows 10 like 3 weeks ago and since then in the middle of my screen there is a blue box which keeps saying "MODE NOT SUPPORTED" H: 75.2KHZ V: 60.2HZ. Its refresh rate is set to 60Hz. When I had windows 7 it only showed this message when I went onto some game (cant remember it's name) but I soon fixed that problem. All the buttons on the front of the monitor do not affect the message or the monitor. Only the power button for it works. What could be the reason and can I fix this problem?

The monitor is a Proview MA-782KC. The drivers should be up to date and the resolution is at 1280 x 960. This highest 1600 x 1200.

Well there is your problem.

Your monitors correct optimal resolution is 1280 x 1024 and you have it set to 1280 x 960.

It's not as iv'e tried changing the resolution to each of the ones listed and the message is still there.

I tried updating the drivers and it says that it has the latest version of Generic Non-PnP Monitor.
