I'm having an issue when gaming, particularly Overwatch and Mass Effect Andromeda. My Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard cut and the screen switches to either a grey or white then cuts out and displays the no signal message. The fans and LEDs are still going and my mobo EZ Debug displays a red light for the CPU.
My Specs are as follows:
Ryzen 5 1600X CPU
Asus Radeon RX 480 OC 8GB
MSI B350 Tomahawk MOBO
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
16 GB Ram
2TB HDD (can't remember the brand names off the top of my head but will check)
Now ive played World of Warcraft for about 2 hours no problem, whereas Overwatch usually crashes 5-10 Minutes in and Mass Effect Andromeda lasted maybe 30 Minutes but this was at the start with a lot of cutscenes.
I'v ran Memtest and everything is good there. Scanned my HDD and no problems. Took it to PC World Knowhow service and every test they did came back positive (they werent able to test my graphics card). However, we ran FurMark and the GPU stayed at around 68 Degrees C. Currently my CPU is idling between 35 - 40 degrees.
I have replaced my PSU same crash. tried new mobo and the ryzen 1600 with stock cooler and im still getting the same crash.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
a very stressed and tired gamer lacking his games
