Monitor keyboard mouse not recognized

My computer won't recognize my monitor keyboard or mouse after I installed a new psu since my old one was failing. I've made sure that everything is connected properly as well.

Build:
Cpu: amd fx 8350
Gpu: r9 390x
Motherboard: asrock fatal1ty 9th
Psu:corsair he 1000i
120gb ssd

How do you know?
I mean its not powering the monitor so how do you know the keybd and mouse aren't being detected?
