Question Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse power on, but blank screen ?

Hi everybody. So I recently did a PC build for a friend, and I shipped it to her in the original packaging that I bought the case in when complete. I gave special instructions to the delivery company to be careful with the package.
Before I shipped it out, everything worked as it should.

Now my friend has it, and when she tries to boot in up the fans spin up, one of the monitors powers up (as is normal before you gotta into Windows) and the mouse and KB light up - but nothing beyond that. No POST screen, nothing except just a blank monitor (that is receiving input, it lights up) with fans and a working KB.

She just tried to reseat the GPU, reset the CMOS and reseat the RAM to no avail. The BIOS is running the latest version, as I flashed it while I was working on the computer back at my house.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

EVGA Supernova 850 watt PSU

Obvious conclusion here is that delivery was not as careful as it should be, and something got damaged during shipment. Typically the part that is most likely to fail would be motherboard's PCIe slot so let your friend try without GPU.

Make sure your friend has plugged the monitor in to the graphics card, not in to a motherboard port.

She has it plugged into the GPU, no dice. The monitor screen lights up like it's receiving a signal, but the screen is blank.

That does not sound good. The other possibility is some cables got loose (or even straight disconnected).

No dice either. She double checked all of her connections and her friends are baffled - everything should be working.
