[Monitor] LG IPS234v LED Backlight not working

Hello, my names tom and I need your help.
One day the led lights on my ips monitor stopped working, usually it would take around 10 secs to turn on after im on the windows desktop screen but now it hasnt turned on all day. I can still see everything on the screen because most pages are white but when im gaming everything is so dark i cant barely see. Ive only had the monitor for a few months do i dont know why this is happening.

Without the backlight, you will see nothing on the screen, so i don't think it is the backlight. Do you see any changes, when changing the contrast or brightness at the monitor?

brightness is still set on 100% but its still less bright than my old lcd monitor in which i dual screen with, and i distinctly remember my led monitor being MUCH brighter. It just looks like everything is in a much darker shade of color.

Any other computer you can test the monitor with? Is the OSD as dark as the picture from the computer?
