Question Monitor locked @ 1hz?

Hey guys, after my system froze in a game of HotS (was not overworking the system), my monitor now has green artifacts and the properties show it locked @ 1hz. What did I break? Any ideas?

install your gpu driver.

GPU driver crashed. Restart the system.

Sorry, I have restarted and got a fresh GPU driver, gtx 780 from nvidia.

Should I try troubleshooting in that forum instead?

Try unplugging the monitor from power for a minute.

Unplugged monitor for 10 minutes. Issue persists =\

GPU seems to be working fine
Device Manager

Edit: After an hour of fumbling through this device manager is finally showing a code 43 on my Graphics Card. I should probably move this to there rather than have this in Monitors at this point?

(I disabled the Intel graphics in Device Manager to trigger the code 43.

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
