Question Monitor looks weird after restarting the pc

I have 2 monitors, one of them is a 2k 27'' 144hz, the other is 1080p 25'' 75hz, both from aoc and a GTX 1660 Super. I bought one of the monitors today, everything was normal. After I restarted my pc everything looks blurry/pixelated on the new monitor. Tried to change the resolution and scale, everything is set to recomanded. I used it with hdmi cable, tried with dp cable, tried on diferent computers, still the same blurry/pixelated look.

Is it hdr?
Have you tried cleartype though that will just help text

It is not hdr, and i tried that, i have no problem with texts, that seems fine. For example, some shortcuts have like a borders around them, or shades, i don't really know how to describe it, some are blurry, some pixelated. The only "fix" that i found so far was to change DSR factors and smoothness from nvidia control panel. It looks a lot better, but not how it was before.
