Monitor loses connection, pc keeps running

Hey, so yeah. I build my own PC a few months back and I haven't had any trouble before now.

The problem is as the title says: My monitor will lose connection, but I can hear my apps in the background(games and such).
I have no idea what to do about it. Does this sound like a GPU problem or monitor problem perhaps?

Well can you try this monitor on another pc? Also check the cables, try using it with a different cable. Let us know

I don't have another PC to test it with, but I can however change the cable. Just did that, I'll let you know if it happens again
