This might happen when I'm gaming or (more commonly) when I browse the internet (I haven't been gaming 9/10 of the times this has happened) or when the computer is not in use. It will just randomly go to "no signal" and the computer itself will lock up (I hit caps lock and the light doesn't light up) but the computer as a whole doesn't do anything differently. Lights are still on fans are still running at normal speed etc.")

Here is what I have tried so far:
  • Reinstall Graphic Card drivers
  • Reseat GPU
  • Install Gpu in a different PCIE slot
  • Use a different cable (HDMI)
  • Use a different monitor
  • Boot from a USB drive into a Kubuntu OS
  • Hitting windows+Shift+Ctrl+B doesn’t work
  • Reset windows (without losing files)
  • Checked temperatures and all are good

Did you ever find out the cause for this? I'm experiencing this EXACT same problem you described after I recently upgraded from rx480 to gtx 3060. This issue has been plaguing my experience since.
