[SOLVED] Monitor loses signal, then cpu fans go to 100%

The monitor randomly loses signal, then the two cpu fans (push-pull) on my radiator (h80i v2) go to 100%. here is what I have:

cpu Cooler: h80i v2 cpu cooler
CPU: intel i7 8680k
GPU: evga 1080ti ftw3
GPU2: evga gtx 970ti ssc acx 2.0 (disabled via device manager and unplugged from psu)
Ram: 32gb corsair vengeance ddr4 2666mhz (2 2x8gb)
PSU: 850 watt evga supernova 80+ gold
Mobo: asus maximus x code
case: corsair 750d
ssd: samsung 850evo 128gb
HDD1: wd black 2tb
hdd2: wd black 4tb
OS: Windows 10 education
Monitor: AOC 27" 1440p monitor

I checked all the connections and they are all in there good. i dont think its my PSU as i got it a little over a year ago. most everything (except the gpus and ssd and hhds) are less than a year old

try other ram sticks if you got any. take the cpu cooler off and look for bent pins in the cpu socket or on the cpu.

no other ddr4 ram sticks and no bent pins. blew dust out of the mesh and rad. re seated everything and claned it with electronic cleaner. now it seems to be working so far. hopefuly it works.
