Question Monitor loses signal while playing games

Recently monitor started to lose signal while playing games like roblox, tf2, gmod and minecraft. I monitored them with msi afterburner and when both gpu temp and usage reach 100 then monitor would lose signal. I have this pc for 6 years now.

I tried:

Disabling/Enabling HPET

Reseating my gpu (and also cleaning it with paintbrushes)

Cleaned my case fan with paintbrushes (which cooled down my pc a little bit but still lose signal)

Clean reinstall gpu drivers

Switching between Balanced and High Performance

Resetting game settings

Taking out 667mhz 4gb ram stick

Specs:

i7-3820 3.6Ghz

12GB ram (3x4gb, 1 667mhz, 2 800mhz)

Nvidia Geforce GT 545 3GB

Its ok I found the problem the thermal paste was dried up. I am planning to upgrade my pc with GTX 1660 Super and 16GB DDR3 2133Mhz ram. Anyway here's the PSU: DPS-600WB A, and Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 2ACE
