PC Monitor goes black for seconds when a power cut happens.PC is connected to a UPS and the house to an inverter.PC keeps functioning normally there is no shut down happening on PC.This also happens on TV when turning fan on or turning speaker completely off.

PC,and monitor are connected to 3 month old luminous uno 1000 UPS,
UPS,Xander Audio 4.1 Speaker,LG TV broadband connection and router are connected to two different extension cords. One of them is connected to wall switch while other one is dependent on the former one.

House inverter is also luminous brand.

It happens only sometimes not everytime screen going black.

After having trouble with my Custom built PC for over an year just because of faulty motherboard, now after having replaced all the parts I am finally able to operate my new pc
,though I am afraid of power outages and the 'black screen for seconds' thing happening on pc that might damage my PC again. So I would really appreciate anyone who could help me in anyway possible with a comfortable opinion.
Using windows 10 pro.Latest updated 1804

Processor-i5 6400 2.7 turbo boost 3.2 ghz
GPU-gtx 1060 3gb
Motherboard-gigabyte h110m s2
PSU cooler master bronze gx 550w

PC used for 4 months
2 months ago I applied earthing on home.Tested by electrician working OK so far.

I dont have any wall socket near my PC so I use Extension Cord for connecting it with far end wall socket.

So probable questions:

1)Is it OK to have such 'black screen for seconds' thing?

2)Is it providing any damage to my hardware components on pc?

3)Are my other appliances example my current LCD LG TV 32 inch would be affected by 'black screen for seconds' thing? Will it get damaged?

4)Should I be worried about this thing happening or shall I ignore this completely?

5)Will extension cord in any case has an effect on voltage regulation on other components?

Solution
The UPS should provide steady power to the PC itself, assuming a quality UPS of sufficient wattage/reserve time....

If the TV is blanking out as things in the home turn on/off, then perhaps your home's power is not sufficiently regulated, but, your TV or monitor turning off/on does not affect your PC at all....
