monitor losing signal and gpu fan speed increase during game.

While playing starcraft 2 for instance, when there are a good amount of units on the screen at the same time, my monitor blacks out and my gpu fans max out. I have seen that this is common, however none of the solutions are working for me. I just installed a GTX 1060 and TR2 600W PSU. No dust involved since everything is brand new including the case. HELP!!!! haha

I would install a program that tracks what is crashing (WhoCrashed I think one is called). It might be a GPU driver issue.
