Question Monitor lost signal, Gtx 1050 fan Running Faster

i had this issue in a month, why is my monitor suddently lose signal and than my GPU fan is running faster and i can't even restart it, so ihave to hard restart the system, please help my guys? what is the problem, my gpu or my psu?
my GPU is GTX 1050 2gb
PSU Corsair Vs450
CPU AMD X4 860k

i build my pc for a bout a year ago,
my cpu is AMD Athlon X4 860k
Mobo is AsRock FM2A68M-DG3+
Ram is Hynix 4x2 DDR3
GPU Zotac GTX 1050 2gb Single Fan
PSU Corsair Vs450
Os W10 64-bit

Has it only happened with a recent driver update?

It's so sad ,the issue still happen even without driver, so i uninstall all the driver to know of it wae a driver issue, but the issue still happened even without driver
