Monitor Mount clamp not big enough

sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Basically i bought a monitor mount and the clamp isn't big enough to fit around the desk. Are there any extensions I could buy or a larger clamp please provide links if you can. Thanks

Return it, and find one that works for your desk, not sure what else can be done... Or cut a piece of your desk away
