[SOLVED] monitor, mouse, keyboard no signal

yesterday i let my computer auto hibernate. when i tried booting up my computer this morning, the monitor shows no signal. and the mouse's laser did not light up. i also noticed that the restart button on the case does not do anything anymore. the fans and LEDs in the desktop case seem to work just fine

i have tried resetting the CMOS battery, replaced it, hold down power button for 30s and rebooting, reseating my graphics card, cleaning the dust away but nothing seems to work.

I have had same issue years ago so I feel you pain. Off the top of my head I don't remember what I did to fix it back than. Hope something in the links will help.
