Question Monitor must be broken????

URGENT: Hey guys, my mate just turned on his PC after it was all was working fine for ages and this happened! Please help because this is a major problem and he can't play anything because its so painfully annoying!

You must set the video to "Unlisted" so we can see it using the link.

So first step to do is make a test to find out what is the culprit.

Do you have a computer nearby to test the screen? A laptop would do the job too.
