I am having some issues on my monitor that is an AOC G2260VWQ6 . I contacted MAD because I use an AMD GPU and could have been the GPU fault and they said that the monitor native resolution works at 60 hz and I was using 75hz so it can have some gliches but my monitor is advirtised as 75hz monitor , so what company is wrong on this ??

I am having random flashes on my screen when using apps on window mode at 75hz on 60 hz doesn´t happen , I am using Dp cable and other cables can´t use the 75hz . I haven´t tried a different DP cable yet

AMD is wrong. AMD does make the GPU but who made the card? Nvidia makes my 1080 Ti's GPU but EVGA made the card. I contact EVGA if I have issues.

AOC is the company that needs to be contacted. Does your motherboard have an integrated HDMI or DP port? Does the CPU have an integrated GPU? Try the integrated connection and see if the flickering persists.

I think I already tried that driver before and didin´t solve the problem . But I can try it again . Yesterday I tried other drivers that came on cd but the model that appears on device manager is AOC 2260WG5....

Yes have integrated HDMi but no dp , and my monitor doesn´t support 75hz on hdmi so it will be no problem on hdmi . yes my cpu have an igpu .

I tried before but with that drivers I had the same problem ... I don´t think the problem is freesync since I think my GPU is not supported .

seems that beta drivers are not the best too . I had the same experience before as this guy too with beta drivers installed . https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/5u4n1p/aoc_g2260vwq6_freesync_75hz_random_black_flashes/

I had monitor issues which a new HDMI cable addessed. It may not help but it's a troubleshooting step that should be tried. Trying to whittle this down to the thinness of Occam's razor.

well I had thinked on that already and I have ordered a DP cable but it has 1.2 version . only next week I will have it .
