Monitor, need advice

Hello. I'll be buying a monitor soon and I need the biggest / best quality monitor that fits in 15.7 inches height (40 cm).
The main use is games/programming/surfing the internet.

I've been looking at this one, but I don't know if there is any monitor better than these that fits my needs:

That is a good monitor. All TN monitors look the same to me.
