Question Monitor: "No cable connected" ?

So recently my monitor didnt show any display so i tried many different troubleshooting like plug in/out the hdmi and monitor cable, cleaning the pcie slot and thr gold pins of my gpu and ram and still no luck. And whenever i press the numlock button the lights are working meaning maybe the cable here is the problem? Especially the 8pin gpu cable. My gpu fans are spinning and the lightings are fine i hope someone notice im really sad right now that i can only use my pc with integrated graphics more power to this community

Pc setup? Have you tried the gpu in another pcie slot(if you have one), or tried it in another/friends computer?

yes pc setup, i already tried to other pcie slot x4 still no luck and i cant try my gpu to my friend becuase im scared to try because their psu is generic only..450watts but my gpu is 1070
