Question Monitor No Signal after Re-installing RAM

keyboard and monitor lights wont light up too.

RAM: V-GEN DDR4 (2x4GB) 8GB Kit 3000Mhz CL 15-17-17-35 1.35V
MOBO : Asrock a320m-hdv
Proc : Ryzen 3 2200G

Any help?

Still cant. Previously i was having problem with blue screen thing. So i thought it will be fixed if i re-install the ram. But then this happened
