Check the Display Adapter in the Device manager. I am guessing that the graphics card is either not recognized by Windows or the graphics driver is corrupted or missing.

Windows 10 updates have been updating the device drivers with crap drivers for some time. You can also check the events menu for the graphics driver to find out.

If the graphics card is not being recognized first try reseating the graphics card and make sure that the PCIE power cables are secure in the graphics card.

Next try updating the graphics driver. It may be necessary to update the motherboard BIOS. A repair installation or fresh install of the operating system may be necessary.

Also you can force the graphics to integrated graphics in the BIOS. So you can use the motherboard video outputs during this process with the graphics card in place.

Download and install the graphics driver directly from geoforce.com. Don't use the Windows drivers.

the graphic card is listed in device manager i also try to disable integrated graphics of intel but still no luck 🙁

To do that simply remove the graphics card. In the BIOS, the default setting of the graphics source is Auto. That means the system will switch from integrated graphics to the graphics card if it detects a graphics card in the PCI Express x 16 slot.

Otherwise you need to change the BIOS setting.

In the BIOS, you can change the graphics source. The default is Auto. But you can also force the system to integrated or PCI Express x16 (graphics card).

i already change the graphic source in the bios

i also try to disable integrated graphics of intel but still no luck 🙁

I'm just responding to your post. Anything else I can help you with?
