Monitor No Signal

Hai..
I Just upgrade gc from sapphire r9 270 to r9 290. The problem is when i connected my pc to AOC
monitor,i did not get the display but when i connected to my LED TV,i got display.So i think my gc is in good condition.Then i tried remove the hdmi cable from tv and then connected back to the monitor,the display was showed up.So i tried to restart pc(at this time hdmi still connect at monitor),the problem went back to previous which is no signal.Then i removed the hdmi cable from monitor and then connect to the tv,i got the display again.So i'm thinking why my monitor do not get display during PC startup. Why the monitor need the connection hdmi to tv first to get the display?Anyone can help me?

My Pc Spec:
>>FX 8320
>>Cooler master 750w
>>Asus msa97 r2.0
>>sapphire r9 290
>>kingston hyper x 8gb

2. Monitor does not support resolution settings

Change the default resolution in Display settings

But my monitor can support 1920x1080p.Before this i used r9 270,everything is ok.

Have you tried using a different display?

Or changing display settings in catalyst to auto detect?
