Question Monitor no signal

So I recently installed a ryzen 3700x and a rtx 2070 super replacing my old ryzen 2200g. But when I boot up the computer I got a no signal on my monitor, all the fans were running and rgb on, but my mouse and keyboard had no power. I then swapped back my ryzen 2200g and ran it with my rtx 2070 super to see if the 3700x was defective. It did load in but the native resolution was 1024 x 768 and I couldn't increase it.

Ryzen 3700x
rtx 2070 super
B450 aourus pro wifi
16gb 3200mhz
650w 80+ gold certified

Please help i built a pc but i have no signal.
I Trier everything literally everything.
Im stuck with this for almost a week.
Specs:
I5 2400
Sapphire rx 580 Pulse
Motherboard: Asus p8h1
Ram: DDR3 1600mhz 2x4
Be quiet 500 watt.
