Question Monitor no signal

Hello everything was working fine and i had to go somewhere and left my pc on. When I came back the monitor didn't have signal and i tried fixing this with switching RAM, taking the cmos battery out and putting it back, using the clr_cmos jumper, used different cables, switched the gpu to another port and it still says no signal, i dont have any idea how this happened nor how to fix it so if anyone has had the same issue i'd gladly appreciate some help.

Monitor is AOC (idk which model exactly)
GPU is AMD Radeon RX 560 4gb gddr5
16GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
Software is windows 11
CPU is intel core i7 4th gen
I use HDMI

Mouse and keyboard work fine and they go through POST i know because they turn off and then on for a second and it takes longer to shutdown, everything has power but sadly i dont know the model of PSU because PC was prebuilt and i dont have the list of specs now
