So i have 3 monitors right
one is a tv (that i disable when not needed its connected via hdmi)
then I have 2 monitors
the one thats working is connected via normal vga cable
the one thats not has the weird usb video cable thing (not really usb but looks similar dont know what its called)

the one thats not working is the only one not plugged into my graphics card because its a radeon hd 5450 and doesnt have the usb type video cable so its plugged into my mobo

how does one fix this

Solution
cwli1_, maybe because the card does have vga as does mine even tho the 6450 version. https://www.cnet.com/products/xfx-radeon-hd-5450-graphics-card-radeon-hd-5450-1-gb-series/specs/

Gadoran, if that port somewhat looks like a usb port but is bigger with more pins & white is a dvi port. has that port ever worked before on the card?
check in the bios to see if the onboard video is enabled or not. might have to play around with those settings so that both the videocard & the onboard video are both enabled at same time. check motherboard or user manual for that info.
