Okay, so this is a hard to explain.

Scenario:
A week ago i noticed that my computer was only outputting to the monitor every second or third boot. After the second or third boot this morning it isn't outputting at all. On the graphics card or integrated on board to either of my monitors.

I found a black sticky substance on the MB, RAM and Graphics card meaning someone i live with has spilled something on the computer while i was gone and not told me and now im left to pinpoint the damage done, im assuming this was the cause of the startup problem a week ago. Annoyingly this means that any lasting damage caused from the spill is probably done.

It briefly displays after i leave it overnight and it will atleast show the startup operations and bios on the screen once or twice and typically on the first boot in the morning it will alllow me to log on but will quickly go back to a blank "no signal found" on the screen . But nothing has worked. Im trying to pin point the damage/cause of this but i cant seem to find whats wrong.
-This is a custom made computer
-Start up and loading on motherboard runs smoothly (According to MB bios leds)
-Integrated and Card both aren't outputting to either of my monitors (used a second monitor for testing) after the computer has heated up(it seems)
-Inconsistently outputting to one monitor

The spill can be seen on:
A little on the Motherboard
Both RAM sticks were slightly covered
Graphics card had quite a lot on it, but that isn't explaining why the integrated wasn't working

The thing with this is how the boot will work and display to the monitor after a while of not running it i.e leaving it over night and it will display in the morning. If i had to make a wild guess

My guess with this is motherboard damage, but its the inconsistency with how it boots and displays thats throwing me off here.

Its hard to explain and i've normally resolved these on my own but this is my third day attempting to fix this with no avail. I've put this topic under displays since i can't pin point the fault.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated
