I recently built a computer. When I finished I turned it on and all the fans and lights came on. I tried hooking up a DVI cable but the monitor said it wasn't getting a signal. The fans and all the LED's are turning on so I don't think it's the motherboard. The graphics cards fan is tuning on so I don't think it's that. This leads me to believe it's the CPU, like maybe a pin is bent or something like that. Please tell me what you think is wrong.
