Monitor Not Receving Signal

Hey guys I am having a large issue with my monitor not receiving a signal from my computer. The computer is receiving power, the cd drive, video card and fans are all on. I have attempted all of the following fixes:
1. Replaced Mobo, RAM, and Video card.
2. Tested monitor on a different computer with a different cable and it worked it fine. I also tried using a different cable on the computer and it didnt work.

What could the problem be? I am at a loss as to what the problem is and all help is appreciated. My specs are as follows:
650W BFG power supply
Gigabyte EP43-UD3L Motherboard
HD 4870 VideoCard
4GB Patriot DDR2 Ram
2.4 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
Soundblaster Audigy
4 HDs Motherboard
HD 4870 VideoCard

could be your power supply... try another monitor with your computer and see if it works

since youve replace your graphics card, RAM, AND motherboard, that could be the only thing

if the PSU doesnt send the right power the right way... you wind up with multiple problems

try another PSU, almost certain it will work

happened alot more before i upgraded to 1000w

So how much power should i get for my psu? I saw one around here thats 550w i could afford. If i need more ill have to drive an hour to frys for the 5th time in a week or so. Given my config, is 550w enough?

Ok so i replaced the powersupply and i still dont have any success. I have no idea what to do.

Try calling your power supply provider. Maybe they might know whats wrong.
