Hello guys i had problems with my monitor for a long time now. My desktop would boot normally but the screen would sometimes turn black (windows 10 was running). Whenever i pressed "source" on the monitor the screen would light up for 5 seconds and then go black again until after many attempts that it would work. Note that my motherboard is Gigabyte P55-UD3 and the phase leds were (from top to bottom) red/yellow/green/green.i searched for the phase led meaning but nothing important came up. I initially thought the gpu was to blame, then the monitor so I bought a new gpu and a new monitor. I shut down the pc removed the power cord, put the new gpu on (I did not delete the old drivers) and the new monitor with hdmi to hdmi port. Doing that I removed the sata cable to my ssd (I only got 1 ssd) to make space and rearranged it and I also forgot to connect the 6pin pci to the new gpu (which i connected later on). Then I booted the pc and then my monitor wouldn't respond! I have no idea what's going on at the moment. I tried again with my old gpu and monitor and again the screen would not respond at all. I removed all hardware components and the phase leds are still red/yellow/green/green. I changed sata cable, checked RAMs and tried both vga to vga and dvi to dvi with my old monitor. I have no clue what I should do, please help me.
