Earlier I updated my Aorus Engine, which forced an update of RGB Fusion afterward. After the RGB Fusion update my monitor has stopped working. Windows does not even recognize that there is a second monitor plugged in.
After looking up on how to fix this, I was adviced to uninstall RGB Fusion and Aorus Engine, and to use MSI Afterburner. After installing MSI Afterburner and restarting my PC, it does recognize that there is a second monitor plugged in, but the monitor stays black, not receiving signal, and in Windows it is labeled as a 'Generic non-pnp monitor'.

Specs:
i7 8086k 4GHz
16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM
AORUS Gaming 7 motherboard
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Windforce OC 8GB
Be quiet! Straight power 11. Model E11-750W

The monitor is an ASUS VG248QE 24" Gaming Monitor. The monitor does not respond to any button input either.
