So I have a problem with my monitors. When I boot up the computer everything works, but I do not get any signal on my monitors. The computer was new a week ago and it have worked fine all the time. The first time it happened YouTube was switching a video, the screen froze, GPU led turned off and screens went black. The only way I could get back was to turn the computer off. When I tried turning it on again the screens did not get any signal.
Specs:
When I take out the GPU and plug the cables into the motherboard, the computer boots up and I can see everything fine on the monitors. However, if I plug in the GPU and plug the cables into the GPU, both my monitors says no signal. I know the computer boots up fine, because a clock I use on my keyboard appears.
Two times I was lucky and got the monitors to work when I was plugged into the GPU. Both times the computer ran for a few minutes then the screen froze, the GPU led was turned off, and both monitors went black. The motherboard led and fans were still going fine.
This is what i have tried:
Going back to default BIOS settings.
Hold down the power button for a minute.
Checked for updates.
Tried PCI x4
EDIT: If I check device manager. The GPU have a yellow triangle and it says error code 43. I tried installing both new and older drivers, without luck. Will I have to buy a new GPU?
