[SOLVED] Monitor not working/No signal

So my monitor is a XFA240 and recently i got a no signal message so decided to use HDMI instead of DisplayPort, Worked perfectly so i figured it was a defective DP cable bought a new one plugged it in, No signal the PC does recognize the monitor but still no signal, Did anyone else have this issue and does anyone know whats happening?

What GPU?

Have you tried another known working monitor on your system? Have you tried your monitor on another known working system?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Is your objective to use DisplayPort per se versus the known working HDMI? Why?

Overall, my suggestion is to download the applicable GPU drivers via the manufacturer's website.

Reinstall and reconfigure as applicable.

Failing that look for error codes and warning in Reliability History and Event Viewer.
