monitor on my desktop displays red screen with white vertical lines

i have a problem that is bot my monitor,cable or video card.i have ared screen with white vertical lines. I am running windows 10.i have switched out the video card and monitor and cable with the same results.

as you tried different video card, monitor and cable with the same results then not a monitor issue but something else. disconnect all cable to drives. try a different psu for testing purposes.
