Monitor only goes to power saving mode

Hello all,
So i just bought a new monitor (lenovo L24q-20) and when i hooked it up to my pc and started the pc, the monitor goes into power saving mode). My last monitor used a dvi cable and this one is only hdmi, problem is, i dont have access to my old monitor anymore. Any suggestions? Last time i turned my pc on (7 months ago) everything was fine, since then i took it apart and yesterday a local shop built it back up in a new case. They said everything was working perfectly and it passed all benchmarks.

My dumbass decided to try removing the motherboard battery hoping that would reset the settings. Now my pc starts booting up, shuts off, boots up again and this red light is on : www.imgur.com/a/ab63O and it stays on like that.

Does the motherboard have onboard graphics? Connect the monitor to that for now after removing the GPU.
