Monitor options, 144Hz, 1Ms, CSGO performance.

I am wondering what monitor should i get for a better performance gaming in a mid budget of around 250-330 euros. I was looking for a XL2430 which is higher than my budget expectations but.. it looks neat. Any other options are also appreciated.
Btw, i do not want to show off, but i am profesionally playing csgo, reaching the last rank for several times.

Igh, the VG248QE is great for gaming only but that's it. If you can spend more, try and look for something newer. The newer TN panels of today have a bit better colors.

Sorry I can't choose for you, I don't know anything about prices in Europe.
