Question Monitor or gpu Issue?

Having a problem with half of my monitor screen on the right hand side, it has a clear line down the middle and the screen on the right is flickering blue/white pixels, This sometimes goes away by alt-tabbing to a certain games but others will not affect the screen, can still use the screen on that side but it needs to be fixed

Can post photos and video if need be, monitor is a msi optix g24c and the gpu is a 3060ti msi ventus

Have changed display port cable, had no effect

any help and suggestions would be appreciated
